I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Together, we will spend time cultivating awareness, identify your deepest longings, and creating a path towards a more joyful life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world and move towards you dreams and desires.

I grew up in middle America in a family plagued by alcoholism and divorce. I attended many churches throughout much of my younger years, looking for the truth. I have been inspired by many spiritual leaders including Wayne Dyer, and Eckhart Tolle. I attended Tony Robbins Life Mastery Training, completed Wayfinder Life Coach training with Martha Beck, and attended Byron Katie's Mental Cleanse where I learned to do The Work. I am a seeker of Truth. 

I believe we can all be free of our suffering. 

My mission is to listen deeply and lovingly to all who long to be heard.
